Smoked salmon slices, king prawns, marinated Moreton Bay bugs, two Tempura battered soft shell crabs, lightly dusted and fried local calamari and a grilled prawn skewer. Served with crispy rosemary potatoes, sumac aioli and a salad of rocket orange segments, red onion, cherry tomato and crispy prosciutto.
Chargrilled Atlantic salmon served on a bed of wilted spinach and sweet potato mash topped with a roasted pine nut, cherry tomato, pesto, cream sauce and crispy prosciutto.
