Roasted pumpkin and sweet potato soup topped with crispy chick peas, dukkah spices and fresh coriander served with char-grilled continental bread.
Fresh local seafood, onion, chorizo, fresh tomato, lemon zest, chilli and parsley finished in a white wine, saffron and Napoletana sauce served with char-grilled Turkish bread.
Oven baked barramundi fillet cooked in a roasted garlic, fresh tomato, capsicum, onion, parsley and white wine sauce. Finished with oregano and fetta and served on roasted herb potato rounds and broccolini.
Braised beef pieces cooked in a paella pan with mixed vegetables, chickpeas, apricots and slivered almonds. Finished in a saffron and white wine glaze. Topped with labne yoghurt and fresh mint.
Deconstructed apple crumble served with vanilla ice cream, served cold.
Salted caramel panna cotta served with an almond crumble and glazed blueberries.
