Crispy skin pork belly slow braised with mustard and fennel and served with a Mediterranean pickled vegetable salad. Finished with an Adelaide hills cider reduction.
Spanish marinated chicken thigh fillet cooked and served in a paella pan with red onion, fresh capsicum, chorizo, zucchini, green olives, potato and chilli cooked in a chicken broth. Served with saffron infused Calasparra rice, fresh coriander and mint. Finished with Lebanese Labne.
Oven baked Barramundi fillet served on herb smashed potatoes and chargrilled asparagus. Topped with balsamic blistered cherry tomatoes, spring onion reduction and garnished with watercress.
Coffee panna cotta served with fresh strawberries, coffee beans and an almond crumble.
Baked salted caramel, oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough served with a gooey centre and topped with cookie dough gelati and chocolate flakes.
