Zuppa di Pesce – Snapper with carrot, onion and celery slow cooked in a seafood broth with fresh herbs, Mediterranean spices and lemon served with char-grilled continental bread.
Mini meat filled ravioli with bacon, thyme, broccolini, cherry tomato, cannellini beans and pesto in a chicken and parmesan broth served with char-grilled continental bread.
Broccolini, capsicum and fetta wrapped in thin pieces of eye fillet cooked in a vodka, thyme and red wine jus served on truffled mash potato.
Oven baked wild kingfish fillet served on a warm salsa of quinoa, lentil, chick peas, cherry tomato, pumpkin, sumac and fresh spinach. Topped with a white wine and lemon butter reduction and finished with fresh dill.
Cinnamon apple and sultana stew, topped with a warm almond crumble and a scoop of vanilla bean gelati.
