Char-grilled Moroccan eye fillet served on a salad of smashed avocado, baby spinach, quinoa, mint, chickpeas, lentils, cherry tomatoes, roasted capsicum, Spanish onion and feta. Drizzled with a sticky red wine jus.
Oven baked chicken thigh pieces cooked in a pan with chorizo, saffron rice, pine nuts, mixed spices and cherry tomatoes. Topped with hummus, fresh tabbouli, Moroccan spices and crispy chick peas.
Char-grilled lamb rump sliced and served on a bed of minted roasted vegetables and chick peas. Drizzled with a sticky red wine jus and finished with crumbled feta and dukkah spices.
Oven baked Atlantic salmon fillet crusted with za’atar spices and served on a salad of brown rice, red onion, pomegranate and fresh herbs (mint, dill and coriander). Topped with a cumin, fennel and lemon dressing and finished with fresh labne yoghurt.
Homemade tiramisu served with cream and fresh strawberries
White chocolate panna cotta topped with a salted caramel sauce and oreo crumble.
Rustic style Belgium chocolate and peanut butter brownie served with a salted caramel gelati and sauce.
