Smoked pork and vegetable soup served with char-grilled continental bread.
Provincial fish stew with fish pieces, mussels, prawns, calamari, capers, fresh capsicum, Spanish onion, roasted garlic, chilli, parsley and cherry tomatoes. Oven baked in a paella pan with white wine, saffron and fennel.
Hapuka fillet with black mussels, fresh capsicum, Spanish onion, potato, zucchini, orange zest, chick peas and Moroccan herbs and spices. Cooked in a white wine, saffron and Napoletana sauce and finished with fresh coriander.
Prosciutto wrapped eye fillet medallions topped with buffalo cheese and a sage, red wine and Napoletana reduction. Served on mascarpone mash potato and sautéed broccolini.
