Moroccan marinated chicken thigh fillets served on an orange and cumin infused cous cous with dried fruit, chick peas, carrot and crumbled fetta. Finished with a dill and garlic yoghurt.
Oven baked Salmon fillet topped with a citrus and oregano rubbed crust served on baby spinach, chick peas, lentils, cherry tomato, Spanish onion and coriander salsa. Finished with an orange and sumac aioli and a balsamic reduction.
