Oven baked barramundi fillet in a whole black mussel, fresh capsicum, cherry tomato, potato, red onion, parsley, olive and garlic sauce. Finished with crumbled feta and topped with garlic broccolini.
Whole black mussels poached and served in a paella pan with a leek, fresh tomato, thyme, garlic, parsley, Dijon mustard, honey, white wine and chicken broth. Served with char-grilled herb bread.
