Home-made hummus topped with tabbouli, roasted chick peas, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs and labne yoghurt. Finished with olive oil and sumac spices and served with char-grilled pita bread.
Bacon wrapped chicken thigh fillets stuffed with halloumi, pistachio, sundried tomato, baby spinach and dukkah spices. Served on a crispy chick pea, rocket, parmesan and cherry tomato salad and finished with a smoked paprika labne and balsamic reduction.
Oven baked barramundi fillet cooked in a fresh tomato, capsicum, onion, chilli, herb, white wine and Napoletana sauce. Finished with black mussels and served on a bed of fennel potatoes and garlic broccolini.
Homemade tiramisu served with cream and fresh strawberries
White chocolate panna cotta served on a blueberry compote and topped with almond crumble.
Ashtalieh – Lebanese cream custard topped with coconut and pistachios and drizzled with syrup. GF and Lactose Free.
