Scaloppine stack with whole Swiss brown mushrooms, sweet potato rounds, grilled eggplant, prosciutto and bocconcini cheese. Topped with a Napoletana, sage and red wine jus sauce.
Char-grilled herb marinated ocean trout fillet served on a bed of skordalia (potato, garlic and olive oil paste) with garlic broccolini. Topped with a lemon zest, caper and dill cream sauce.
Char-grilled YP Black Angus scotch fillet served on a bed of sweet potato fries and topped with a braised leek, honey, mascarpone cream and red wine jus. Served with beer battered prawns and onion rings.
