Char-grilled and sliced scotch fillet served with puff pastry wrapped asparagus and prosciutto on a potato gratin. Finished with a porcini, truffle, port, thyme, cherry tomato and red wine jus.
Oven baked Atlantic salmon fillet served on a Moroccan cous cous with hummus, sesame, pomegranate, chilli flakes and paprika. Topped with a mango, lime, cherry tomato, fresh herb and white wine sauce.
Homemade vanilla custard cream in a puff pastry served on apple puree, finished with chocolate ganache and toasted almonds.
White chocolate and coconut panna cotta served with a mango sorbet, fresh mint and toasted coconut flakes.
Baked salted caramel, oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough served with a gooey centre and topped with cookie dough gelati and chocolate flakes.
