Oven baked Greek fetta topped with red capsicum, chilli, cherry tomato, oregano and fresh herbs finished with olive oil and served with pita bread.
Slow cooked lamb shoulder marinated with garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Finished with salsa verde crispy potatoes and a small fattoush salad.
Oven baked barramundi fillet served on mixed greens and topped with a cumin, coriander and lemon tahini sauce. Finished with pine nuts and pomegranate.
White chocolate panna cotta with banana chips, salted caramel sauce and oreo crumble.
