Oven baked pork belly on a mixed lettuce, mint, radish, onion, cucumber, cherry tomato and spring onion salad finished with a balsamic glaze and an apple, chilli and cider reduction.
Char-grilled eye fillet medallions served on a garlic and rosemary mashed potato. Topped with tempura battered prawns and spring onion, mascarpone and red wine jus.
Oven baked Atlantic salmon topped with an avocado, capsicum and corn salsa. Served on a fresh spinach, crispy sumac onions, dill and cherry tomato salad. Finished with a white wine, lemon and butter reduction.
Deconstructed apple crumble served with vanilla custard and topped with ice cream, maple syrup and cinnamon sugar.
White chocolate panna cotta served with a mixed berry coulis, almond crumble and dehydrated berries.
Baked salted caramel, oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough served with a gooey centre and topped with cookie dough gelati and chocolate flakes.
