Traditional minestrone soup with pastina served with char-grilled continental bread.
Pan seared barramundi fillet served on a cauliflower and leek puree with garlic broccolini and roasted hazelnuts. Finished with an Italian gremolata (finely chopped parsley, garlic, lemon zest and olive oil).
Pork fillet wrapped in prosciutto, served on herb smashed potatoes and roasted green beans. Finished with a seeded mustard, chilli flake, garlic, lemon, parsley and white wine sauce.
White chocolate panna cotta served with a mixed berry coulis and finished with an almond crumble and fresh strawberries.
Chocolate fondant served with vanilla ice cream and a mixed berry coulis.
Baked salted caramel, oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough served with a gooey centre and topped with cookie dough gelati and chocolate flakes.
