Oven baked barramundi fillet served on a warm salad of zucchini ribbons, mint, pistachios, asparagus, cranberries and watercress. Finished with a pomegranate molasses.
Char-grilled eye fillet steak served on mascarpone mash potatoes and asparagus, finished with a seeded mustard, spring onion and cream sauce and topped with oyster mushrooms and swiss brown mushrooms.
