Char-grilled Moreton Bay bugs, local king prawns, char-grilled baby squid and char-grilled baby octopus served with crispy potatoes and halloumi with a garlic and lime aioli.
Char-grilled lamb rump served with a stuffed baked potato of lamb mince, garlic, thyme, fresh oregano, paprika, parmesan, cheddar and olive oil. Finished with a port and red wine jus.
Oven baked mulloway fillet topped with a tahini, garlic, coriander, parsley, fresh lemon juice, pine nut and chilli sauce. Served with warm pita bread and a traditional fattoush salad.
Homemade vanilla custard cream in a puff pastry served on apple puree, finished with chocolate ganache and toasted almonds.
Freshly ground coffee panna cotta served with honeycomb and wafer sticks.
Baked salted caramel, oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough served with a gooey centre and topped with cookie dough gelati and chocolate flakes.
