Homemade gnocchi with Italian continental pork, chilli and fennel sausage mince with broccoli and tomato in a light Napoletana sauce finished with fresh basil and shaved parmesan.
Oven baked mulloway fillet served with a watercress, micro herb, mint, lemon zest, pomegranate and toasted almond flake salad. Accompanied by skordalia(traditional Greek garlic, lemon, almond flake and potato puree).
Char-grilled eye fillet medallions served on mascarpone mashed potatoes and topped with a cherry tomato, thyme, port and red wine jus. Finished with wilted baby spinach and dukkah spices.
White chocolate and coconut panna cotta served with a passionfruit pulp, fresh mint, kiwi fruit and toasted coconut flakes.
Baked salted caramel, oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough served with a gooey centre and topped with cookie dough gelati.
Apple and rhubarb tart with vanilla ice cream, mint and crushed frozen raspberries.
