Fettuccine with prawns, chorizo, cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic, chilli and parsley. Finished in a white wine, chicken stock and lemon zest glaze, lightly tossed and served with rocket.
Oven baked barramundi fillet cooked and served in a paella pan with a mixed legume salsa, Spanish onions, green beans, oregano, white wine and butter reduction.
Char-grilled eye fillet steak served on char-grilled vegetables and truffle and herb crispy potatoes. Topped with a red wine and port jus, fresh oregano and crumbled feta.
Dark chocolate and Frangelico panna cotta served with a dark chocolate and chilli ganache and almond crumble. Finished with a mixed berry coulis.
Baked salted caramel, oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough served with a gooey centre and topped with cookie dough gelati and chocolate flakes.
