Pan seared house made gnocchi with pork, fennel and chilli Italian sausage mince cooked in a light Napolitana sauce with broccolini, fresh basil and cherry tomatoes finished with shaved parmesan.
Crispy skin Atlantic salmon fillet served on sweet potato rounds and roasted broccolini. Topped with a cherry tomato and pesto cream sauce and finished with fresh dill and sesame avocado
Char-grilled MSA porterhouse steak served on a cauliflower and leek puree topped with prosciutto wrapped asparagus and finished with a red wine and port jus.
Crumbed veal layered with a salad of tomato, roasted capsicum, olives, bocconcini cheese, basil, red onion, garlic and salsa verde served with rosemary potatoes.
White chocolate panna cotta topped with passionfruit pulp, fresh mint and roasted coconut flakes.
