Arancini balls filled with mushroom, peas and truffle served with a pesto and truffle aioli.
Char-grilled lamb rump sliced and served on a roasted vegetable medley (capsicum, zucchini, onion, potato and chickpeas) topped with crumbled feta, fresh mint, dukkah spices, micro herbs and a red wine and port jus.
Char-grilled marinated fresh octopus served on a mixed lettuce salad with crunchy chickpeas, fresh mint, coriander, red onion, lime zest, shaved carrot and pomegranate. Finished with a lime and thyme vinaigrette
Pan fried swordfish fillet served with homemade baba ghanoush, purple carrots and grilled zucchini. Finished with a Mediterranean lemon, lime and fresh thyme reduction and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
Passion fruit semifreddo topped with a pistachio praline, fresh passion fruit and almond biscotti.
White chocolate panna cotta served with a mixed berry coulis, almond crumble and dehydrated berries.
Baked salted caramel, oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough served with a gooey centre and topped with cookie dough gelati and chocolate flakes.
