Char-grilled prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloins served on a puree of apple, caramelised onion, butter and sage sauce. Topped with green beans, oven roasted cherry tomatoes and sesame dukkah.
Oven baked and za’atar crusted blue-eye trevalla fillet served on a black sesame and dukkah infused risotto accompanied with mixed greens and finished with a cherry tomato and roasted fish reduction.
Char-grilled scotch fillet steak served on a potato gratin with a green bean, cherry tomato, garlic, cracked pepper and red wine jus glaze. Finished with crispy prosciutto.
