Mediterranean smoked pork with chickpeas, vegetables and chilli topped with shaved parmesan and served with char-grilled herb bread.
Char-grilled eye fillet medallions cooked medium, served on a bed of soft polenta, whole baked mushrooms and asparagus spears. Topped with a red wine jus and crispy prosciutto.
Braised lamb shoulder pieces with mixed vegetables, potatoes, chickpeas and Moroccan spices. Served with rice, crumbled feta and a lamb jus.
Oven baked crispy skin Atlantic salmon fillet served on grilled zucchini strips, oven roasted cherry tomatoes and crispy potatoes. Tossed in a butter, smoked paprika and white wine glaze finished with fresh micro herbs.
Traditional Spanish churros tossed with cinnamon sugar and served with a white chocolate and milk chocolate dipping sauce.
Pan baked deconstructed apple crumble served on warm vanilla custard and topped with ice cream, maple syrup and cinnamon sugar.
Baked salted caramel, oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough served with a gooey centre and topped with cookie dough gelati and chocolate flakes.
