Arancini balls filled with mushroom, peas and truffle served with a pesto and truffle aioli.
Char-grilled lamb rump served on a bed of fresh spinach, lentils, crispy chick peas and cherry tomatoes infused with Moroccan spices. Finished with a port and red wine jus, dukkha, crumbled feta and fresh mint.
Oven baked barramundi fillet cooked in a cumin, coriander, pine nut, lemon juice, tahini and fish stock sauce. Finished with sumac spices, broccolini and za’atar potatoes.
Mixed berry Eton Mess – Raspberry coulis, whipped cream, fresh berries and meringue
White chocolate panna cotta served with a salted caramel sauce, dehydrated bananas and almond crumble.
Baked salted caramel, oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough served with a gooey centre and topped with cookie dough gelati and chocolate flakes.
