The Mediterranean Cafe Ristorante offers an array of dishes inspired by the many cultures and cuisines associated with the Mediterranean region. We offer an extensive Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu starting from 7.30am, 7 days a week.

Pan seared crispy skin Atlantic salmon fillet served on crispy potatoes, chick peas, roasted cherry tomatoes and asparagus. Finished with a salsa verde and micro herbs.

Char-grilled lamb back straps served on a saffron infused cous cous with roasted seasonal vegetables. Finished with a fresh herb dressing, toasted almond flakes, pomegranate seeds and labneh.
